We played for the last two full days in Costa Rica on the beach here in Cahuita. The trail paralleled the beach, where we saw snakes, spiders, white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys and of course sloths.

We had such a fun “family” time, and one of our most memorable experiences of the trip…a three-toed sloth climbing down out of a tree right beside us. We also saw a momma sloth were her baby climbing up a palm tree.

The girl in the pictures below is from a family that lives most of the year in the Czech Republic.
