Today, Mr. Justin and Sofia took us on a walk to a castle, lunch and then further on to a hike to Michaela’s parent’s house.

We passed through beautiful forests, climbed on rocks, went into caves, tried hops growing right off the side of the road (a key ingredient in beer) and had yummy treats at the parent’s house…including beer on tap.

When we got back we had an incredible campfire dinner, including fresh cheese and plum brandy that they had made themselves. Justin mentioned that the brandy was somewhat of a local currency in the village.
