We arrived at 8:10 am by plane, after getting up at 3:45 am in our Vienna apartment.

We couldn’t check our bags into the London Apartment until 3 pm. So we took the tube to the Natural History Museum. But we were all super tired and it was heavy carrying our packs through a crowded museum.

So we left after an hour or so and stopped by a grocery store on the way to check into the apartment.

After getting settled in, we took a bus to Buckingham Palace. Along the way, we walked through Green Park and a WWI memorial.

To end the day, we headed to King’s Cross train station to the spot where they filmed Harry Potter, walking through the wall at train platform 9 3/4.
