The girls went to Camp Salvation for the first time this week – drop off on Tuesday, and they will be there until Saturday.  The days (and weeks!) leading up to this have been a combination of excitement and major fear, but they went and I am so very proud of them for that!  They got to go with two ‘experienced campers’ (so I was told), Eliana and Stella, which made them feel much better!  Being just a week post-hip replacement I wasn’t able to drop them off, but Christi got them all settled and said they all did great!  There was a tornado warning right where the camp is shortly after Christi left them there so I hope that didn’t scare them too badly!  Hoping and praying this is a week of fun, learning, and growth for both of them.
