Today was a perfectly beautiful day after getting about 9 inches of snow yesterday.

For Andres’ birthday, he wanted three things….the Hummel’s, a movie marathon, and meat (??????).  He woke himself up at 3:15 (‘technically it’s already my birthday mom’…..) to start watching movies, we got the Hummel’s about 9:30, and it has been non-stop movies, snow fun, and food all day long.

Mom ordered a gluten-free Captain America cake and made all of Andres meals from eggs and toast with honey for breakfast, bratwurst for lunch and nachos with the works on it for dinner…plus popcorn, plenty of cut fruit throughout the day and fresh-baked, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies too.
